Yesterday’s lesson wasn’t just about real estate… it was about value.

Our April Visible Man of the Month, Joseph Lovett, and his wife, Kay (our newest board member) spent time with our SUNs teaching them what it means to appreciate—to be grateful for what you have, to recognize the people around you, and to grow in character every single day.

Then they flipped it 👀
Just like in the real estate market… things that are cared for, invested in, and valued over time appreciate. 📈

And that’s exactly what we see happening in our boys.
With the right environment, mentorship, and support… they’re not just growing—they’re increasing in value, confidence, and purpose.
