The Drowsy Chaperone is a love letter to the golden age of musical theatre, wrapped in humor, nostalgia, and a touch of delightful absurdity.

At its heart, this show reminds us why theatre matters. In a world that can feel overwhelming, music and storytelling have the power to transport us, to lift us, and to connect us. Our narrator invites us into his world not to escape reality entirely, but to rediscover joy within it. That idea has guided our entire creative process.

Bringing this production to life with our cast has been an absolute joy. These performers have embraced not only the comedy and style of this 1920s musical within a musical, but also the sincerity underneath it. Every tap step, every harmony, and every laugh has been crafted with care and a deep appreciation for the art form.
