Join FSU alums for an evening of live music and dancing along the Sarasota Bayfront. On January 19th, The Ringling Museum will host special guests, The Weatherboys, an alternative pop band , made up of third-year college musicians whose goal is to make sure every audience will have a great time. A chair will be available for each guest to relax and enjoy the sunset. Food and beverage will be available for purchase. Today is Giving Tuesday, a day where you can give to a variety of agencies and causes in your community. Please consider a gift to our endowed scholarship fund that helps local FSU students defray the cost of attending the university. The Manatee Seminole Club mourns the passing of one of the founding members of our club, Jake Jacoby, who passed away on November 27th. Jake was the embodiment of the Seminole Spirit and his contributions to the club cannot be measured. He was the long time scholarship chair and the club will be naming our endowed scholarship in honor of him. Visitation will be Friday, December 12th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Brown & Sons, 604 43rd St. W Bradenton. A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th at 11:00 am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 3100 26th Street, West. Please keep Jake’s family in your prayers.

Get up Noles, it’s GAME DAY! Today we travel to the Swamp to take on the Gators with a 4:30 kickoff. Final game of the regular season, we’re playing for bragging rights and a bowl bid. It’s Rivalry Week! Our last game watch party of the regular season will be this Saturday, November 29th with a 4:30pm kickoff. We are going to be having a silent auction with great gift baskets for your favorite Nole fan.
