Ms. Webster and Ms. Mynatt’s 8th grade science students laced up their tennis shoes and slipped on their flip-flops to answer the question: Do middle schoolers run faster in tennis shoes or flip-flops? 👟 🩴

Students conducted background research, formed a hypothesis, identified their variables and constants, and completed multiple trials to collect data. They then shared their results with fellow scientists, analyzed and graphed their class data, and drew evidence-based conclusions.

Panther Family: Remind your students that when they go through the EVOLV system in the morning to remove the items listed and hold them in front of you as you walk through. Also, bookbags should be worn on your back as you go through the ELVOLV system.

What an amazing start to the school year! From smiling faces and warm, welcoming environments to fun and engaging get-to-know-you activities, our Panthers made Day 1 truly special. The excitement, positive energy, celebrations, and meaningful learning happening throughout our school were incredible to see. Let’s keep this unstoppable momentum going all year long. A huge thank you to our facilitator, Alicia Lett, for helping us prepare for a successful first year. She provided the guidance and tools needed to start strong. We also appreciate our admin team for the amazing pancake breakfast and Harvest United Methodist Church for providing lunch and uplifting words of encouragement as we begin the 2026-2027 school year.
We're excited to empower our students to discover their leadership potential, make a positive impact, and build UnstoppAble Momentum all year long!

What an amazing Back-to-School event on Thursday night!

Thank you to all of our families who came out despite the weather to get ready for a great school year. We are grateful for our outstanding teachers and staff who provided a warm welcome, as well as our business partners and community organizations who supported the event. We’re grateful to everyone who made the event a success.

Together, we're ready for an incredible year ahead!

On Tuesday, we treated our bus drivers and assistants to lunch and surprised them with a few goodies as a small token of our appreciation. We are so grateful for everything they do to safely transport our students to and from school each day!
Parents, be sure to check the Transportation tab in the Focus app for your child’s bus route information. We look forward to welcoming our students on Monday and seeing them arrive safely with our amazing transportation team!
