We believe all girls, regardless of their story, deserve a safe and supportive space where they can become strong, compassionate, and successful women. Math Matters! And it became more meaningful as our girls stepped into the role of designers, planners, and entrepreneurs with the help of Ms. Kaleigh, Ms. Johanna, and Ms. Kiersten. From creating zoo exhibits to designing restaurant concepts, girls applied real-world math skills through budgeting, planning, measurement, and problem-solving. This project demonstrated that mathematics is much more than numbers, it's a tool for creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. We are so thankful for our creative team who not only make learning fun, but help girls explore a variety of careers in the process.

The Amanda Horne Promise Award is presented each year at Graduation to a girl nominated and selected by Pace staff for embodying the spirit of the Because I Said I Would movement, a commitment to showing up for yourself and for others. Named in honor of former Pace Board Member, current Pace Capital Campaign Co-Chair, community leader, and dedicated advocate Amanda Horne, this award recognizes girls who lead with integrity, compassion, and follow-through.

This year, we couldn't imagine a more deserving recipient than Phoenix. Her resilience, determination, and unwavering commitment to both her own growth and the people around her truly exemplify the Amanda Horne Promise Award.

Congratulations, Phoenix! We are so proud of you and can't wait to see all you accomplish.

Thank you to our specQUACKular Top Community Team Leaders! For the 2026 Lucky Ducky Race for Pace, we had 27 teams led by Board Members, Staff Members, and Restaurant/Retail Partners – plus an additional 50 QUACKtastic teams that were community-led! Today, we celebrated our top community-led teams whose passion and dedication spread the mission of Pace throughout Manatee County (and beyond!) with a special lunch with Quacky at Anna Maria Oyster Bar. Together, these community teams raised more than $36,000 to support Pace and change the lives of girls. We are so grateful for every Team Leader who asked friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to Adopt a Duck, Help a GIRL!

Our Social Studies Teacher, Mr. Charles, is making sure our girls are civically engaged!
Learning came to life recently as our girls explored the history, geography, culture, and government of states across the country. Girls researched, created posters, and developed presentations which strengthened their communication skills while discovering the many ways communities and citizens shape our nation. Happy Monday! Every Monday, girls have the opportunity to visit the Magic Cart! Pace girls can receive a scratch off ticket for doing something special. Once they scratch it off, they can win: a day out of dress code, an extra snack, a free class assignment OR the Monday Magic Cart! The girl must practice executive functioning skills by holding onto the ticket and presenting it on Monday. Today Talia was the only girl with a Monday Magic Cart ticket. She got to chose 3 items off the cart…she really likes the smelly things!🤪 It’s always a great day when the Magic Cart comes out!
