Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials needed for each patient
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and trimming diagnostic casts
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, post-operative care, and preventive measures
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Proficient in aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for dental restorations
- Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Experience assisting with various dental procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a dental assisting program preferred
-1 year experience
-Entry level welcomed
- Valid certification or license as a Dental Assistant in the state of employment
- CPR certification
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
