We found out that FPL had to fix the transformer today so we lost power again but it has since been restored. The school will be open tomorrow at 7 am.

Good afternoon BELA families,

Unfortunately the power is still off. A tree fell on the line down the street so they are planning to clear it today or tomorrow to get the power on. I will continue to update everyone.

We hope and Pray everyone is safe after the storm. The school did not have any damage, just some minor tree branches and debris clean up. Unfortunately we still have no power at this time so we won’t be able to reopen until Monday.
