What an amazing first week for our Rise Up Homeschool Gymnastics Program at Flip Zone Gymnastics of SWFL!

Our athletes are back in the gym, working hard, learning new skills, building strength and flexibility, and enjoying the opportunity to train during the day while balancing their academics. 🌟

We love providing homeschool families with a program that allows athletes to pursue their gymnastics goals while maintaining the flexibility of a homeschool schedule.

Here’s to a great school year filled with learning, growth, new skills, friendships, and lots of gymnastics! 📚💜🤸‍♀️

At Flip Zone Gymnastics, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming Stacey Goodrich, founder of So Connected and Athletes Who Settle for More, to work with our athletes on two separate occasions. Her impact has been truly remarkable.

Stacey understands that success in gymnastics isn’t just about physical ability—it’s about developing confidence, resilience, focus, and the mental tools needed to thrive through every stage of an athlete’s journey. She connects with athletes in a genuine and meaningful way, providing practical strategies they can immediately apply in both training and competition.

Our gymnasts left each session feeling more confident, motivated, and mentally prepared to take on challenges. The skills Stacey teaches extend far beyond the gym and help athletes grow not only in their sport but in life.

We highly recommend Stacey Goodrich and the incredible work she does through So Connected and Athletes Who Settle for More. Any club or athletic program looking to invest in the mental performance and overall well-being of its athletes would greatly benefit from bringing her in. We are grateful for the positive impact she has had on our athletes and look forward to welcoming her back to Flip Zone again.
