๐Ÿš€โš™๏ธ What an Amazing Week at Future Engineers Academy- Parrish Location! โš™๏ธ๐Ÿš€
This week, our Future Engineers spent five incredible days designing, building, testing, problem-solving, and thinking like real engineers!

Throughout the week, campers explored a variety of engineering fields, including:

๐Ÿค– Robotics Engineering
๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ 3D Printing & CAD Design
โš™๏ธ Simple Machines
๐Ÿ”— Rube Goldberg Machines
๐Ÿš— Transportation Engineering
๐Ÿšค Marine Engineering
๐Ÿ  Sustainable & Off-the-Grid Design
๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Renewable Energy Engineering
๐ŸŒŽ Future Community Design

Some of our favorite projects included:

๐Ÿšค Engineering boats that raced across the water

๐Ÿ  Building futuristic off-the-grid homes

๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Designing and testing wind turbines

๐ŸŒŽ Creating self-sustaining communities using recycled materials

Along the way, students learned one of the most important lessons in engineering:

Great engineers don't always get it right the first time. They test, improve, and try again.

We were so impressed by the creativity, teamwork, perseverance, and problem-solving skills our engineers demonstrated throughout the week. Watching students turn ideas into working prototypes and tackle challenges with enthusiasm was truly inspiring.

โค๏ธ A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing families for trusting us with your children this week. Thank you for supporting their creativity, encouraging their curiosity, sending in materials, cheering on their projects, and making STEAM Kids such a special community.

We also want to thank our incredible teachers and volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make every challenge, activity, and engineering adventure possible.

We hope your engineers had as much fun as we did!

๐Ÿ“ธ Feel free to share your favorite camp photos in the comments!

๐Ÿš€ Until next time, keep building, keep creating, and keep engineering the future!

๐Ÿš€ Not Just a Summer Campโ€ฆ
๐Ÿ”ฌ A Week-Long STEM Experience

Most summer camps give kids a little bit of everything.

At STEAM Kids of the Future, we do the opposite.

Each week is a deep dive into one STEM focus, designed to give students a true, immersive experience โ€” not just surface-level activities.

What that actually looks like:

Instead of rotating through random activitiesโ€ฆ

Students spend the entire week:

๐Ÿง  Exploring one theme in depth
๐Ÿ›  Building, testing, and improving their ideas
๐Ÿค Collaborating and solving real challenges
๐ŸŽจ Creating and applying what they learn

Every week is completely different:

๐ŸŽฎ Minecraft Engineering & STEAM Quest
๐Ÿค– VEX IQ Robotics (Beginner & Elite Lab)
๐Ÿงฑ Master Builders Engineering
๐Ÿงช Mad Scientist Adventures
๐Ÿš€ Future Engineers Academy

This is NOT:

โŒ โ€œjust keeping kids busyโ€
โŒ unstructured free time
โŒ passive activities

This IS:

โœ” Structured, teacher-led learning
โœ” Hands-on building and problem-solving every day
โœ” Limited, purposeful screen time
โœ” A camp kids are excited to come back to

Over the years, our program has grown into the #1 rated STEM camp in Manatee County, and families continue to come back because their kids leave with confidence, skills, and a genuine love of learning.

If youโ€™re looking for something that feels different โ€” more intentional, more engaging, and more meaningfulโ€ฆ

This is what we do.
