Announcement: Molly Claussen Named Montana DECA Leadership Specialist

Montana DECA is pleased to announce the appointment of Molly Claussen as the organization’s new Montana DECA Leadership Specialist. In this role, Molly will work closely with student members, advisors, and state leadership to strengthen leadership development programs and expand opportunities for Montana DECA members across the state.As Leadership Specialist, Molly will support initiatives that help students develop the professional, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills that DECA is known for nationwide. She will assist in coordinating leadership programming, student engagement efforts, and statewide events that prepare Montana students for success in business, marketing, finance, hospitality, and management careers.Molly joins the team from the Jake Jabbs College of Business and Entrepreneurship, graduating in May with Degreees in Marketing and Finance.
“Molly brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a passion for student leadership development,” said the State Directors Office. “We are excited to welcome her into this role and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our members and chapters.” Montana DECA looks forward to the continued growth of its programs and the leadership opportunities that students across the state will gain through Molly’s involvement.Please join Montana DECA in congratulating Molly Claussen on her new role as Montana DECA Leadership Specialist.

Montana DECA is seeking a motivated and student-centered Leadership Specialist to support leadership development initiatives, student programming, and statewide events. This role plays a key part in strengthening Montana DECA’s leadership pipeline by working directly with student leaders, advisors, and volunteers. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and passionate about youth leadership, career readiness, and experiential learning.
