Staff Highlights: Kenzie De Boer
Kenzie is eager to begin channeling her passion for helping others into her work as an Instructional Aide at Cottonwood Day School! A recent graduate of Northwestern College in her hometown of Orange City, Iowa, with a degree in Social Work, Kenzie brings a wide array of knowledge and empathy to her role. She has professional experience working with many demographics, including significant work with children and families affected by domestic violence. Kenzie is excited to get to know the students at CDS and begin learning how to best support them.

After school, Kenzie enjoys spending time with her husband, hiking, lifting weights, exploring new areas, going on long walks, and petting as many dogs as possible!"
