All of our students, youngest to oldest, spent their last school day together on Friday at our annual Field Day. Our secondary students are finishing up finals this week, and we look forward to celebrating our senior graduation this Saturday at 7 p.m. It’s been such a joyful last few weeks for our Petra community!

Our kindergarten classes are full of good books, hands-on learning, songs, stories, memorization, and teachers who are truly gifted at what they do. We love giving some our youngest students a strong foundation in these early years while helping them grow in both knowledge and character.
Kindergarten enrollment is now open, and we’d love to welcome new families into our community.

For the past two years, Petra Academy has been working toward something big: expanding our campus to serve our growing student body.
By God’s grace and through the incredible generosity of our community, we’ve already raised over $7.2 million toward our $12.5 million goal, and we are so grateful.
Now, we’re excited to officially launch the public phase of the campaign. We’re inviting the entire Petra community (past, present, and future) to partner with us as we continue building a place where students can grow in wisdom, virtue, and faith for generations to come.

Our 3rd–6th grade History Fair is an event our school looks forward to every year!
This is a big project for our students, and it’s always fun to see them dive into history, learn about different people and events, and then share it all so confidently. Thank you to the parents, grandparents, and friends there to support our students and see all the hard work they put into their projects!

This weekend, our varsity ultimate frisbee team defended their title as STATE CHAMPS! Despite missing some of their key players in the tournament, they still found a way to pull it off. We are proud of this team, on and off the field. Go Griffins!
