Spring Energy Is HereโLetโs Move With It -
Spring Energy Is HereโLetโs Move With It May is only a few days away and with it comes that unmistakable feeling of renewal. All around us, nature is waking up, expanding, and growing with quiet determination. You can feel it in the longer days, the fresh green around us, the subtle sense of momentum building everywhere.

This ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฐ video is here to support your practiceโnot replace the depth of learning with a teacher.
These layers canโt fully be captured in any video.
But if youโre learning in class and occasionally forget the sequence, this can be a helpful companion for your practice at home.
Use it as a guide. Then come back, refine, and go deeper.

The Walk of the Hero + Spring Tai Chi News -
The Walk of the Hero + Spring Tai Chi News Before we dive in, a quick scheduling note: weโll be out of town from March 9โ20, and there will be no Tai Chi classes during those two weeks. Think of it as a gentle pause in the rhythmโpractice continues, just in a different form.
The ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฐ is one of our favorite Tai Chi exercises because it carries profound meaning in a form that is simple and accessible. It can be practiced at home with very little space, yet it touches the essence of classical Tai Chi.
In this exercise, we move as the Human between Heaven and Earthโrooted below, open above, and fully present in between. Each step becomes a quiet dialogue between expansion and return, inhalation and exhalation. We grow and open, then soften and gather back. This is Yin and Yang in practice, experienced directly through the body.
The Walk of the Hero also reflects the qualities of a true classical hero. We shift from proud to humble, from strong to nimble, from expansive to containedโlearning that real strength includes adaptability, awareness, and ease. Nothing is forced. Everything flows.
In this video, Uli narrates the movements to support self-study at home. Her guidance helps you sense the transitions, the breath, and the underlying intention of the practice, making it suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
This is a practice you can return to again and againโto reconnect, to recalibrate, and to move through life with steadiness and grace.
Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Let Heaven, Earth, and Human align.
