Run for Your Life 10/15/2017

On October 29th the brothers will be participating in the Run For Your Life 5k run in Bozeman. Leading up to the event we will be raising money as a team, with a goal set for $1000. Run For Your Life is a community run that's raises money for the Help Center. The Help Center runs a 24/7 su***de and crisis prevention hotline as well as provides resources for people in need. If you would like to help us reach our goal or participate in the run please follow the link below. Our team name is listed as "SAE MT Alpha" under the team donation tab.

Run for Your Life Su***de touches everyone, and sadly Montana lost 273 people to su***de in 2016. Several of those individuals lived in Bozeman, Livingston and Belgrade. It's been a busy couple days for the house. This weekend two brothers, James Bosch and Sean Peterson, attended our national leadership school in Arizona. On top of that renovations have begun on the house to update it for the year.

Chapter advisor Brent Scott and brothers Cameron Blas and Matt Overfelt spent the last weekend at the 161st SAE Convention in Boston. The boys voted on new laws and changes to nationals as well as connected with members from other chapters.

This week, April 17-20th, Sigma Alpha Epsilon: Montana Alpha is hosting a food drive to benefit the Gallatin Valley Food Bank in Bozeman. Donations can be brought to boxes in the SUB, the MSU library, and the SAE chapter house (810 S 7th Ave).
