FALL TUMBLING REGISTRATION OPENS WEDNESDAY AT 8AM! 🖤

Whether your athlete is taking their very first tumbling class or ready to push toward advanced skills, we have a place for them this fall!

⭐ AGES 2+ | ALL SKILL LEVELS
• Preschool
• Kindergarten
• Beginning through Advanced

From first cartwheels to advanced tumbling, our goal is to help every athlete build confidence, gain strength, develop proper technique, and continue progressing.

We’re proud to offer small class sizes, giving our coaches the opportunity to provide more individualized attention while focusing on athlete development and safe, intentional skill progression.

🔥 NEW THIS SEASON — ELEVATE TUMBLING

For athletes who are ready for more, we’re excited to introduce ELEVATE — a focused training program created for the serious tumbler who wants to increase their strength, sharpen their technique, and accelerate their skill development.

Elevate will have longer session than our traditional tumbling classes, with an increased focus on strength, body control, technique, consistency, and intentional progressions.

⚡️ ELEVATE | Walkovers + Handsprings
For athletes with strong foundational tumbling skills who are ready to advance their walkovers and handsprings, develop connected skills, increase strength, and begin progressing toward higher-level tumbling.

🔥 ELEVATE ASCEND | Tucks +
Our highest-level Elevate training group for athletes with established tuck skills who are ready to work toward layouts, twisting skills, advanced combinations, increased strength, and continued high-level progression.

Elevate + Elevate Ascend are APPROVAL/INVITE ONLY to ensure athletes are appropriately leveled, ready for the increased expectations, and placed in the training environment where they can progress most successfully.

We had an incredible week at Motion Athletics for skills camp! But this week was so much more about just skills. We brought in some incredible professionals to train our athletes in mental performance, teambuilding, leadership development, injury prevention and nutrition. We are so thankful for the incredible team that came to work with our athletes this week. Huge shout out to , .physio and for educating and pouring into our athletes, parents and coaches! The impact of this week will last all season long and we are so thankful!!

What an incredible few days in the gym!

We want to give a huge THANK YOU to our amazing guest coaches, Patrick and John with for spending the week with our athletes and sharing their knowledge, passion, and expertise. Their attention to detail and commitment to proper stunting and tumbling technique helped set an incredible foundation for our athletes as we begin Season 18.

We are so grateful for the time, energy, and encouragement they poured into every athlete. Not only did our athletes gain valuable skills, but they also gained confidence and a better understanding of what it takes to be successful.

We are also incredibly proud of our athletes. Every single athlete showed improvement this week, remained coachable, worked hard, and brought a positive attitude to the gym each day. That’s exactly the culture we’re strive for at Motion Athletics.

Season 18 is off to an amazing start, and we can’t wait to see what these athletes accomplish this year! ❤️🖤

What a busy and exciting week it has been with our Elite Tryouts!

These athletes showed up, worked hard, pushed themselves, and gave their all from start to finish. We could not be more proud of the effort, determination, and positive attitudes we saw throughout the week.

Now comes the challenging part—putting together the perfect teams for the season ahead. It’s a big puzzle, and we are committed to creating the best opportunities for every athlete while building strong, successful teams for Season 18.

A huge thank you to all of our incredible coaches and judges for the countless hours, energy, and expertise you poured into this process. Your dedication to these athletes and our program does not go unnoticed.

We are so excited for what is ahead and cannot wait to kick off another amazing season! ✨

Before I post about our Icon and Vogue teams absolutely crushing it in Nashville, I just want to take a moment to say how incredibly thankful I am for our amazing support system.

Icon and Vogue families — I am so grateful for every single one of you. Just a few weeks ago our competition was canceled, and without hesitation you all supported a last-minute change that had us adjusting schedules, travel plans, and even changing states.

Not every program has families who are willing to pivot like that for their athletes, but you did it without complaint and with nothing but support for these girls.

Thank you for trusting the process, supporting the team, and showing up for these athletes no matter where the competition takes us. It truly means the world to me and to our program.

So incredibly thankful for our entire Motion family here and back home❤️

Not only is she an incredible athlete, but she pours so much love, patience, and kindness into coaching our tiny team. Her gentle heart, positive energy, and natural leadership make such a big impact on our littles every single day. And let’s be honest—she’s absolutely gorgeous inside and out! We are so lucky to have one of the sweetest humans as part of our gym family. Happy Birthday, Brielle!! Hope it’s an amazing year❤️
