Taekwondo is for self defense only
Safety at all times
Good attitude and effort are required at all times
No shoes on the training floor
Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, gum, foul language and disruptive behavior are never acceptable as a Taekwondo student
Inform the instructor if you have an injury or illness before or during class
Uniforms, equipment, and the student should be neat, clean, and modest
Please refrain from using perfumes, colognes or strong body sprays-there are others with allergies
Remove watches and jewelry before class
Uniforms shall be worn during Martial Arts events only and a student's dress shall be modest in nature when attending any Taekwondo function
Students shall address instructors with respect in and out of the gym
Behavior outside the gym is expected to be of a Taekwondo nature
Students are to notify their instructors if they will be absent from class

Saturday April 25th, 30 students from the Big Sky Region in Montana (Glendive, Sidney, Culbertson and Bozeman) attended the Greenquist Academy association Festival in Wahpeton, ND. Our Region won a Spirit Award for most students attending! Great job!
