Green Beans is looking for a new staff member to join our team immediately!
The position is Tuesday and Thursday with opportunities for more hours if wanted!
-Starting rate is $16/hour with an increase once training is completed
-Paid training including CPR/First Aid
-Paid professional development

Green Beans is a licensed group daycare in Bozeman. We care for 12-15 children at a time ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years. Most of the children here have been attending their whole lives and we have a few sets of siblings and cousins. We pride ourselves in creating and maintaining a family-like atmosphere between the children and their caregivers. It is important to us that our families feel connected to our small community and we are hoping to find a great team member to join that community.
Our ideal candidate is high energy, kind-hearted, patient, and motivated. We are happy to train the right person and really are focusing on finding someone ready to jump in and learn! This job is challenging but incredibly rewarding. There is never a dull moment at Green Beans!
This job is loud and chaotic, please keep that in mind when applying!
Daily duties include meal prep, diaper changes, toileting, baby bottles, creating fun learning experiences for the children, and providing a safe space for children of varied ages to learn and grow. We take COVID-19, illness prevention, and health and safety VERY seriously and expect the same of our staff members. Candidates will be required to go through the licensing process (background check, proof of immunizations, CPR/First Aid training, and state required training for licensure.)
