In October 1924, a group of men assembled by Dr. Ralph C. Our Story
Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in Englewood, Colo., the organization's membership exceeds 357,000 in more than 16,600 clubs in 143 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.
At Toastmasters, members learn by speaking to groups and working with others in a supportive environment. The Four Cornerz Toastmasters Club is made up of approximately 20 people who meet once a week for about an hour. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, presenting prepared speeches, and offering constructive evaluation.
The Four Cornerz Toastmasters Club serves the Bozeman, Belgrade, Four Corners, and Gallatin Gateway communities. They meet every Tuesday, 12:05 to 12:55 pm, at Zoot Enterprises, 555 Zoot Enterprises Lane, Bozeman, MT (located in the Four Corners area).
