All I can really say at this point is let’s fu***ng go. I got a great strength and mobility practice in this morning. I love creating joyful spaces for people to challenge themselves and grow. It’s my life‘s work, and I’m ready for this chapter.
Straight from ibiza, here are the simple and powerful drills you need to improve and maintain your shoulder mobility and health.
These fundamental mobility sets are essential building blocks. Save them and hit each one three times per week exactly as described in the video. Focus on maintaining scapular depression and retraction throughout the drills in order to isolate the rotations.
On each day of our retreat, we will be doing a significant volume of strength training, calisthenics, and yoga, so holistic mobility work is crucial. We will alternate between internal and external rotation basics each day.
