We had a blast last Saturday morning for our annual winter workshop with Mary Rose Schiemann. We learned lots of great ideas for ways to teach songs and gained info on great strategies to better our musicianship skills.

We are SO lucky to have Mary Rose Schiemann present for our Online Winter Workshop! Mary Rose Schiemann is a music teacher in the South Bend, IN area. She holds a Bachelor's (Friends University) and Master's (Colorado State University) in Music Education and holds a certification from the Organization of American Kodály Educators (OAKE.) Mary Rose has taught for 14 years in several states and all ages from pre-k through 12th grade. She is active as a performer and presenter and has presented at several local and state music conferences and universities. She is the founding president of Big Sky Kodály in Montana and is a member of several professional organizations, including OAKE and NAfME.
