Trainer Spotlight: Cindy
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Cindy made the move to Montana and quickly fell in love with mountain life. She became Lagree certified in 2025 and brings great energy to every class.
Outside the studio, you can find her mountain biking, spending time outdoors, or on her Pilates reformer.

Trainer Spotlight: Breena
Breena has been part of the HELSE community since 2019 and teaching for over 2 years. Outside the studio, you can find her spending time outdoors with her husband and dog Chunk, playing hockey, or barrel racing. Her fun personality and energy make every class a good time.
