Our community sketchbook practices have been a balm in recent times. You have told us, that you have found inspiration again and enjoy winding down for a few hours.

So we are launching a community program just like our sketchbook practice, but for writing!✍️

Join almost every Tuesday for Writing Time at 6-8pm! These low-key, guided writing sessions will lead with a new creative prompt each week, and end with sharing and discussion. Meet other writers and take the time to dedicate to a weekly practice.

Just like all our programs we aim to keep this regular class low cost. Admission is $25.

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to explore their creative side, this class will walk you through the basic skills of drawing. Join artist Emily Gonzales in this 3-week beginner drawing class. Students will leave with a basic understanding of shading, light, proportions, and perspective.

Students may bring their own sketchbook if desired. Paper and drawing tools will be provided.
Recommended for ages 8+

Day one: Introduction to Materials and Techniques
Day two: Shading & Light
Day three: Perspective and Proportions.

We got you! This year, shower your loved ones with cards and gifts of your own creation. This February, we have a bunch of classes that are best taken together with friends and family.

ICE OUT EVERYWHERE!
We are offering free open studio passes this coming Friday, January 30th. Come create in community.

Join expert seamstress Red, for Stitch Around the World! These guided sewing sessions will teach you a variety of stitches and techniques from around the world, with a new technique every week! Some examples include:

🪡 Goldwork
🪡 Chinese Embroidery
🪡 English Needlework
🪡 Persian Embroidery
🪡 Stumpwork

Sessions will run from 5-7pm on Wednesdays. The only thing you’ll need is your creativity! Feel free to bring your own fabric or thread if you feel inspired.

These creative workshops will give you opportunities to explore new styles of stitching and, build your skill set over time.
