Rhythm fans! Join us for drop-in Taiko play on Monday nights from 6-8 pm at Three Rivers Defense Studio. $15 drop-in fee gets you all the equipment and instruction you'll need to make some beautiful taiko beats.

Come drum with us! Montana Taiko is the first Japanese style drumming group in Montana, The Dakotas, and Wyoming.
We practice taiko drumming, and Taiko means "drum" in Japanese. The form is a full body workout and a lot of spirit is required.

Montana Taiko is starting our new year in a new dojo at Three Rivers Defense (3RD). We're planning exciting workshops and collaborations with new and old friends. We had such fun at the Bite of Bozeman last week, performing and sharing our drums with some great people!
Hope to see more new faces at our workshop this Monday and Wednesday, Aug. 6 and 8, from 7-9 p.m. in our new dojo at 2308 N.7th, Unit G in Bozeman.
Come on down to the Bite of Bozeman Wednesday, August 1st!
Montana Taiko will perform from 5:30 to 7:30.
You are also invited to play with us! Come see us at 7:30 and we will put some bachi in your hands for an introduction to playing Taiko.

Montana Taiko arrived in Helena to perform at the 35th anniversary of Montana-Kumomoto Sister City relationship. We will be playing the big drum inside our state capital rotunda. What an honor!!
Great news for locals with rhythm in their souls! If you've ever wanted to try the dynamic taiko percussion style, we at Montana Taiko are holding a taiko workshop, Saturday, October 21 from 9-12 noon at Rockin' TJ Ranch west of Bozeman. Then we'll be teaching Taiko 101 classes on the following 4 Mondays, October 23, 30 and November 6 and 13 at Big Sky Aikido dojo, 7-9 pm. Message us here to sign up. Space is limited, so get in line!
