The 406 FOOLS, with the help of , hosted for the ART OF READING SMOKE! We had an outstanding showing with members from all over Montana. 6 departments were represented furthering the education and dedication of the Montana Fire Culture. Thanks, Chief, for coming out!

UPCOMING TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

The 406 FOOLS, in partnership with Montana Fire Nuggets, will be presenting 2 classes!

First, on March 8th, we will be hosting Ret. Chief Phil Jose at Central Valley Station 1 in Belgrade. Chief Jose will be teaching The Art of Reading Smoke. There is no registration form for this course as we are not limited in numbers.

Cost $25

Then, on April 26th, Central Valley will be hosting us again for Search - Beyond the Checkbox at their training facility for the Hands on Portion. Gear and an SCBA will be required for this course. THIS COURSE WILL MAX OUT AT 20 PARTICIPANTS! So please get your course registrations to me. Reach out and we will send you the form!

Chief Ben Fleagle (FOOLS International President), in partnership with Montana Fire Nuggets and the 406 FOOLS will be presenting FOOLIN' AROUND, a lecture opportunity on November 8th in Helena Montana at the VFW post 10010 (117 W Main St, East Helena, MT 59635). This class will be a wide ranging lecture on everything from leadership to the origins and meaning behind the FOOLS. Class will start at 1 pm and will transition into the social afterwards.
