Shambhala Sunday Gathering – The Dying Experience: a Tibetan Buddhist Perspective | Shambhala Do you want to learn more about the Dying Experience from the Tibetan Buddhist perspective? In this session, you will be given a brief overview of what happens to the 5 Elements: Earth, Water, Wind, Fire, and Space during the dissolution (dying) process.

The Parinirvana Day of of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche (1939–1987) refers to his passing on April 4, 1987, at the age of 48. In the Buddhist tradition, "Parinirvana" signifies the death of an enlightened being, representing a final release from the cycle of rebirth.
