Happy Birthday, Mom ❤️
Today I get to celebrate my mom's birthday, and just two days ago would have been my grandmother's birthday.
As I reflect on these remarkable women, I am reminded that so much of who I am today was shaped by the generations that came before me. They were the trailblazers who planted the seeds of passion, possibility, hope, joy, love, and laughter. Their stories, choices, strengths, and even their struggles helped create the framework of the playing field on which I live my life.
The older I get, the more I appreciate the power of generational stories. They connect us to where we came from, help us understand who we are, and inspire us to dream about what is possible. They remind us that we are part of something bigger than ourselves.
For those who are missing their mothers, grandmothers, and the incredible women who helped shape their lives, I hope today brings sweet memories and gratitude for the legacy they left behind.
And for those fortunate enough to still be surrounded by the love, wisdom, and strength of these women, may we never take that gift for granted.
Today, I am one of the lucky ones. I get to spend time with my mom on her birthday, celebrating the woman whose love, guidance, resilience, and spirit continue to influence my life every day.
Here's to the women who came before us, the stories they passed down, and the legacy of love that continues through generations.
Happy Birthday, Mom. Thank you for helping make me who I am. ❤️

Feeling stuck despite outward success? I’ve seen it before — talented women who simply need a different way to test the next step. I worked with a client who reframed “failure” as data and launched a 6‑week experiment to explore a new career direction. She tracked results, reduced anxiety, and found clearer priorities without upending her life. Try a short, measurable test: set one clear outcome, run it for six weeks, review the data, then iterate. With practical leadership experience and compassionate coaching, I help busy women in Bozeman and Big Sky turn uncertainty into small, decisive moves. Ready to design your experiment? You’ve built the career.
You’ve taken care of everyone else.
You’ve carried the responsibilities.
You’ve checked all the boxes.
And yet…
there’s still a quiet voice inside asking:
“Why doesn’t this feel like enough?”
So many high-achieving women are outwardly successful while internally feeling disconnected, exhausted, overwhelmed, or lost in the constant doing.
You are not meant to simply survive your life.
You are meant to feel alive in it.
Sometimes the next level isn’t about achieving more.
It’s about reconnecting with yourself again.
Your voice.
Your confidence.
Your purpose.
Your joy.
The life you deeply desire may begin the moment you stop abandoning yourself to hold everything else together.

This Memorial Day, I pause in deep gratitude and humility for the men and women who courageously served our country and for those who made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we experience every day.
Courage is not the absence of fear.
It is choosing something greater than yourself.
It is standing for service, commitment, sacrifice, and love of others.
As a Life & Business Coach, I often speak about stepping into courage — having difficult conversations, believing in yourself, leading with heart, and rising through challenges. Yet today serves as a powerful reminder that there are individuals who demonstrated courage on a level most of us will never fully comprehend.
Today, we honor.
Today, we remember.
Today, we are humbled.
May we never take for granted the freedoms we have been given because of the bravery and sacrifice of so many.
From my heart, thank you to all who have served and to the families who have carried that sacrifice alongside them. ❤️🤍💙

I recently spent time reading the 2026 Status of Women in Montana report, and while there has been progress, the findings are also a powerful reminder that there is still important work to do.
Women in Montana are earning approximately 71 cents for every dollar earned by men. Women continue to carry the majority of caregiving responsibilities, are heavily represented in historically undervalued professions like education, child care, and nursing, and still face barriers to business ownership and access to capital. For women of color, those gaps are even greater.
And yet… women continue to rise.
We continue to lead businesses.
Raise families.
Strengthen communities.
Support one another.
And create meaningful change.
This is exactly why I am so passionate about the work I do as a Life & Business Coach. When women step into their confidence, find their voice, heal limiting beliefs, and fully own their power — the ripple effect is extraordinary. Families grow stronger. Teams grow healthier. Businesses grow deeper. Communities grow more connected.
When women rise, everyone rises.
I believe deeply in helping women stop shrinking and start fully stepping into who they are meant to be — in leadership, in business, and in life.
Thank you to the Women’s Foundation of Montana and the Montana Budget & Policy Center for continuing to shine a light on this important work and these important conversations.

To the women who give so much of themselves every single day…
The mothers.
The nurturers.
The caregivers.
The women holding everyone together while quietly carrying so much inside themselves.
Today is not only about celebrating what you do.
It’s about honoring who you are.
So many women have spent years putting themselves last — silencing their own needs, dreams, rest, and healing while caring for everyone else around them.
May this be a reminder:
You matter too.
Your joy matters.
Your peace matters.
Your growth matters.
Your voice matters.
You do not have to lose yourself while loving others.
Wishing you a Mother’s Day filled with grace, love, rest, and moments that reconnect you back to yourself. 💛

Confidence
Confidence is not becoming louder.
It is not perfection.
It is not having it all figured out.
True confidence is learning to trust yourself again.
It’s choosing to stop shrinking.
Stop second-guessing.
Stop abandoning your needs to keep everyone else comfortable.
The strongest women I know are not the ones who never struggle.
They are the ones who decide they are no longer willing to stay disconnected from themselves.
Confidence grows when you begin honoring:
Your truth
Your boundaries
Your intuition
Your worth
You were never meant to spend your life doubting your value.
You were meant to step fully into who you already are.
