Did you know your calf muscles are considered your second heart?

The only way to get that second heart pumping is moving the legs.

Sitting or even standing for hours on end is harmful to our health if we don't move our legs and get a simple walk in or some other form of exercise.

At Barre Anomaly, not only do we help keep those legs moving but add in series of toe and heel lifts, contracting and relaxing the calf muscles, keeping the second heart healthy.
