BSD7 recently welcomed back our dedicated team of school leaders. As John Maxwell states, “Leadership ability is always the lid on personal and organizational effectiveness. The organization’s lid is high if a person’s leadership is strong. But if it’s not, then the organization is limited.” We are in great hands and appreciate our building principals and assistant principals for the many small and large things they do to support students, staff, and families!

Bozeman Public Schools recently welcomed 40 new certified staff members to the team of incredible educators across the district focused on high levels of learning for all students. Thank you, Bozeman! We are incredibly grateful for your overwhelming support in passing both the Elementary District Operating Levy and the High School District Operating Levy. This funding is critical for our schools.

We want to be clear about its use: 100% of the funds from these levies will be dedicated to salaries and benefits. This investment is crucial for our ability to recruit and retain the high-quality staff our students deserve. We are excited to continue shaping the future together!

We see the incredible work you do every day to inspire, challenge, and support our students. Behind every success story in this district is a teacher who stayed late, a teacher who found a new way to explain a difficult concept, and a teacher who provided a safe harbor for a student in need. You are the heartbeat of our schools, and your influence stretches far beyond the classroom walls. Teaching is more than a profession; it is a profound commitment to the future of our community.
