Meet Casidee our Full-time Operations Assistant.
Casidee brings thoughtful organization and a genuine understanding of families to her role as Operations Assistant—because she’s lived it. Born and raised in Montana as the youngest of five children, she knows firsthand the beautiful chaos of a busy household, from negotiating snack disputes to solving the mystery of the missing socks.
A proud graduate of MSU-Billings with a double major (magna cm laude), Casidee has spent her career in administrative roles where attention to detail and heart go hand in hand. Her background also includes performance work in theater and film, which has given her exceptional communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and the rare talent of staying calm when things get dramatic—on stage or off.
As a mother to three children and with years of experience in childcare, Casidee knows what families truly need. She understands the weight of trust you place in us, and she’s passionate about connecting you with care that feels right—not just on paper, but in your home, with your children. Her goal is simple: to make the booking process seamless so you can focus on what matters most. Because parenting is hard enough without complicated scheduling.
