We are proud to celebrate some incredible milestones within our sisterhood!

Lauri Hunt Taylor and Barb Atkin Tucker were honored with certificates recognizing an amazing 50 years of membership—what a legacy of sisterhood and commitment. 💛

Susie Knight Jessop was also celebrated for 25 years of membership, marking a meaningful milestone in her Alpha Gamma Delta journey. ❤

And a special shout-out to Rachel Christensen Hollensead, who traveled the farthest, all the way from Sellersburg, Indiana, to join us—we’re so glad you made the trip! 💚

Adrienna Logan Hines is an accomplished leader with nearly three decades of experience spanning healthcare, broadcasting, real estate, and philanthropy, known for driving growth, building strong relationships, and strengthening communities. In her role with Northern Broadcasting, she leads strategic marketing and revenue efforts that support Montana’s rural and agricultural sectors, while also running a consulting business focused on purpose-driven leadership and personal development. Her career includes award-winning success in real estate, major fundraising achievements for Shodair Children’s Hospital, and senior leadership roles with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana and McKesson. Combined with her statewide advocacy and recognition from Leadership Montana, she exemplifies integrity, vision, and a deep commitment to empowering others.

Chris Heggem is a seasoned public service leader with over two decades of experience in government and policy, recognized for her strategic leadership, collaboration, and dedication to advancing Montana’s interests. As Chief of Staff to Governor Greg Gianforte since 2021, she plays a key role in executing the Governor’s agenda and ensuring effective coordination across state agencies. Her prior roles—including Chief of Staff to Congressman Gianforte, leadership positions with the U.S. House Agriculture Committee and the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, and work on Capitol Hill—highlight her expertise in legislative affairs, coalition building, and constituent advocacy. Throughout her career, Chris has consistently demonstrated integrity, strong leadership, and a commitment to strengthening communities and shaping impactful policy.

✨Nancy Higgins Schlepp is a respected Montana leader whose nearly three decades of work in public affairs, government relations, and community engagement reflect a deep commitment to service, collaboration, and integrity. As Vice President of Communications and Government Relations for Sandfire Resources America, she leads strategic communications and stakeholder engagement for a major resource-development project, earning statewide trust for her transparency and ability to unite diverse groups. Her career also includes influential roles with the Montana Taxpayers Association, Montana Farm Bureau Federation, and as a Meagher County Commissioner, where she consistently advanced policies and initiatives that benefit Montanans. Complemented by extensive civic leadership, statewide recognition, and ongoing mentorship, Nancy is known for her humility, ability to bring people together, and dedication to strengthening communities across Montana.

It was a privilege to celebrate Nancy at IRD and honor her incredible contributions to the community. 🌹
