💚 NO COUGAR STANDS ALONE! 💚

💚💚At Congress Middle School, every student has the power to make a difference. 🐾💚 💚 In honor of , we wear GREEN to show that mental health matters—not just today, but every day.

Let’s look out for one another, listen without judgment, offer encouragement, and remind our classmates that asking for help is a sign of strength. One kind action, one caring conversation, and one supportive friend can brighten someone’s day and help them feel less alone.

Together, we can create a school community where every Cougar feels seen, valued, included, and supported. If you’re struggling, reach out. If you notice someone who may need support, check in. We are stronger when we stand together! 💚💚💚💚💚💚
