WEDS Market! This Evening from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM No need to cook! Grab supper, browse our amazing vendors, and enjoy an evening out with family and friends.

It's time to Bring Your Braid!

Join Stone Child College Extension Services during Native American Week for our fun and exciting Braid Contest!

Whether your braid is long or short, thick or thin, we want to see it!

Judging will be done daily at Noon in the foyer of Kennewahs.

Today's categories:
• Thickest Braid - Heavy with Beauty, Fully of Duty!
• Thinnest Braid - Slim and Fine, Looking Divine!

Wednesday 23rd
• Longest Braid - Long and Strong, All Day Long!
• Shortest Braid - Short and Neat, Can't be Beat!

Thursday 24th
• Best in Braids - Made with Pride, Worn Worldwide!

Native American Week starts today!

Show your pride, celebrate our culture, and honor our traditions by setting up your tipi and lighting it up for all to see. Every light tells a story, and every tipi stands as a symbol of our strength, resilience, and heritage.

🔴 Light your tipi RED in honor of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and People (MMIW/MMIP).

🟠 Light your tipi ORANGE to recognize Every Child Matters and honor Residential School survivors and the children who never returned home.

Let's come together as a community, proudly display our tipis, and celebrate Native American Week with pride and purpose.

Stone Child College Extension Services will provide a color-changing light and an incentive to participants.

No need to cook tonight! Come grab supper, browse our amazing vendors, and enjoy a fun evening out with family and friends.

We have lots of wonderful vendors offering:
Delicious food and snacks
Fresh vegetables and locally grown produce

Gifts, goodies, and much more!

Those who are participating in the "Every Light Tells a Story" please call us at (406)395-4875 ext 1266, so we are able to get lights distributed.
Judging for the Braiding contests will take place everyday at noon in the Kennewash Foyer!
ALL AGES are encouraged to participate

A thank you to all of our vendors, shoppers, and community members for making our Wednesday Market a success!

Your support, participation, and enthusiasm have helped create a welcoming space for local businesses, families, and friends to come together. We are grateful for everyone who set up, shopped, shared, and supported our market.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to participate as a vendor or shopper. Our Wednesday Markets are a great opportunity for local businesses, crafters, artisans, community groups, and individuals looking for fundraising opportunities to showcase their products, share their talents, and raise funds for a cause.
