Our University and Athletics Archivists welcomed attendees to the Golden Falcons Reunion this morning, sharing an exhibit of costumes, maps, handbooks, and photographs from the Cochrane Cunningham Athletics Archives and the University Archives. Congratulations to this year's new Golden Falcons!

We've been excited this week to welcome tours from Leadership BG and the Clark Inclusive Scholars. Both groups got a chance to see some of the treasures that are housed in the CAC and learn about the materials that are in our collections.

The CAC is now accepting applications for our annual Access to the Archives Travel Grant. The grant program offers up to three awards to support researchers who plan to spend at least five full working days using collections held by the CAC. The award is intended to promote and support original scholarly or creative work and to defray the costs of travel to and residence in Bowling Green, not to exceed $1,500 per award. Mark your calendar! Next Tuesday, April 28, the Library will be hosting a viewing of three plays from Shakespeare's third folio. The plays, The Life of King Henry the Fifth, Love's Labor's Lost, and A Midsummer Night's Dream were published in 1664 and are part of the CAC's Rare Books collection.

Tomorrow, April 17, attend Building the St. Lawrence Seaway: A Timelapse of the Power Project! Step inside one of the most ambitious engineering projects in North American history. Building the Seaway is a dynamic, student-curated exhibit that traces the creation of the Saint Lawrence Seaway and Power Project through a compelling timelapse presentation. Our Archival Intern, Fern, has been working hard all semester to curate this exhibit of materials from the Great Lakes Collection. The exhibit will be presented every 30 minutes starting at 9 am with the last tour leaving at 4 on the 5th floor of Jerome Library. There will be a lunch break 11:30-12.

Mark your calendar to attend Building the St. Lawrence Seaway: A Timelapse of the Power Project, an exhibit curated by the CAC's Archival Intern. The exhibit will be presented on Friday, April 17, 9 am to 4:30 pm, on the 5th floor of Jerome Library with sessions starting every 30 minutes.
