POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Coordinator joins a team of professionals delivering Columbus Council on World Affairs’ most robust program, the Global Scholars Diploma (GSD) program. The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in delivery Years 1 & 2 of the Global Scholars Diploma program. This entails tracking student participation & evaluations, managing the student advisory council program, assisting in developing program curriculum and design, coordinating with participating school districts, and facilitating Global Scholars’ events. Success in this role requires consistently delivering prompt, organized, dependable programming with thoughtful prioritization, impeccable attention to detail, self-responsibility and initiative, and unparalleled professionalism. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES:
Experience in Education, Cultural Competency, Public Affairs, International Studies, Cultural Studies, or related field
Commitment to CCWA’s mission and values
Passion for education and program development
Experience working with diverse cultures and peoples
