A Message From Our Founder Christie J Baker

🌴🦥 COSTA RICA?!?!?! SAY LESS. 🦥🌴 Costa Rica has been living rent free in my head for YEARS. Long before this opportunity ever came along, I spent countless hours working remotely with a team based in Costa Rica during COVID. We were building a project that pushed me way outside my comfort zone. Learning coding, algorithms, and technology I never imagined I’d be touching in the dental world.

My mentor was in Costa Rica, and through daily video calls, it felt like I was sitting right there at their kitchen table. I got to know their families, their culture, their way of life, and I absolutely fell in love with everything I saw.

I haven’t worked with that company in years, but my dream of visiting Costa Rica never left. Then enter ✨Jade Gonzales ✨.

The moment Jade shared her vision for The Recalibration Experience, I was ready to pack my bags before she finished her sentence. Education? Personal growth? Meaningful connections? Costa Rica? I was one enthusiastic “YES” away from breaking into a full musical number.

What I love most about Jade is that she sees people. She saw my heart before she knew my story. She understands that behind all the goals, projects, deadlines, speaking engagements, businesses, and responsibilities, we’re still human beings who need space to reconnect with ourselves.

And let’s be honest… if you’ve ever met me, you know I’m wound tighter than a matrix band around a second molar. 😅

Jade is one of those rare people who gently reminds me that not everything has to be solved today. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause, breathe with intention, and remember why you started in the first place.
