We have recycled enough bags (another 1000 pounds!) to secure our fourth bench! We put it out on the Hug Bug playground and the children immediately put it to use! Thank you for your support of this program. Put your plastic film (ziplock bags, grocery bags, bubble wrap, food bags) in the containers on TLC's front porch. Everything needs to be clean and dry. We do not accept hard plastic like bottles, milk jugs or caps.
We want to welcome Terri Morrison as a substitute. She worked in the baby room this week and will be there three days next week. Terri recently retired as an elementary school teacher. We are blessed to have her helping us.

Our children were excited to be able to see baby goats today, courtesy of the Slack family. So fun! Thank you for sharing them with us!

The children enjoyed having Brittany Henke and Barbie Gamm from Community State Bank read a book to them in celebration of Dr. Seuss' birthday. They read to every room but I did not get a photo of the babies.
