Cleveland's Bravest Climb the Ranks: Fire Department Celebrates New Battalion Chiefs and Leadership Promotions at City Hall Cleveland Fire Department celebrated the promotion of new battalion chiefs, captains, and a lieutenant at City Hall.

Our Director, Dominic Wells, will be attending the OAPFF Advancing the Line conference next week. He'll be participating on a panel and presenting research linking collective bargaining rights to fewer firefighter line of duty deaths.

The hardest part of being a union leader is learning how to effectively represent your members and advocate strategically to protect and advance their rights as union members.
