We are looking for a PreK teacher to join our team. Work alongside our other two PreK teachers and with a full time paraeducator assigned to your room and 20 precious students. Pre-K Graduation is this Friday, May 8th! Please see the following information.

Attire:
Please have your child dress in "picture-day" attire (please no heels). They will have a crown type graduation hat.

Ceremony Information:
Doors will open at 5:30. You will need to drop your graduating student off at the lower Middle school cafeteria between 5:30-5:50. Someone will be at the door to take your child to their teacher.

Once the ceremony concludes, we ask that all parents and special guests wait until staff and students have moved to the pick up location. Students will be picked up from the hallway to the right as soon as you exit the auditorium. A barrier will be set up, so please be patient to get your child. We ask that only one parent come get their child from their teacher to help with congestion.

Refreshments, cookies, and photo opportunities for the graduates will be in the high school cafeteria following the ceremony.

Important update from the Bowling Green Elementary PTO and Clubs Choice Fundraising: If you had a customer receive a Jack's Pizza in our spring sale as a substitution, please read the letter below and watch for the free boxes of candy to come home with your child on Monday, May 4th. If you would please deliver these candy boxes to those who purchased the substituted pizza as a token of apology and appreciation for their support of our fundraiser we would greatly appreciate it.

Big moment at BG Early Childhood Center on Monday morning—we used our storm shelter (for its actual intended purpose) for the first time! We have practiced these drills, but Monday morning knowing we had somewhere safe to take the kids brought us a lot of peace.
We could not be more proud of our kids and staff. The kids were having a great time playing. Everyone stayed calm, listened, and worked together to keep each other safe. That’s something to celebrate. 💛
So thankful for a team that puts safety first and for kiddos who rise to the occasion. Check out a few candid photos from that day!

We’re excited to share that our very own Amy Biggs has been named the Bowling Green Staff Daycare Coordinator! 🎉

Amy will continue serving families in her role as a Parent Educator with Parents as Teachers, while also taking on these additional responsibilities. Her dedication, passion, and commitment to supporting children, families, and staff make her a perfect fit for this role.
