The PTO is looking for volunteers to come help run the coat check and concession stand for the homecoming dance!

Now is your time to shine, dress up in your finest wear and put on your dancing shoes and come join us!

…Just kidding, your kids would never forgive us for letting you on the dance floor!

But we will let you hang out with other cool parents while we fade into the background trying to play it cool and pretend like we’re not actually there 😝

Even if our kids pretend like we don’t exist for the night, it’ll be a fun way to hang out with other parents, support our children and maybe even sneak in a little fun of our own!

Parent volunteers for Homecoming Dance Students are not be allowed to bring coats or purses into the dance. We are looking for volunteers to help run our coat check and the concession stand for the 2025 Homecoming dance. This is a great way to help in giving the students a safe and memerable night AND watch your kids interact in the wild...

Labor Day is all about honoring hard work, and we couldn’t think of a harder-working group than our amazing students. We are so excited to have you back in the building and can’t wait to see all the great things this year will bring!

We’re looking forward to another year of collaborating with our community to make this an amazing school environment for our students while also supporting our hard-working teachers and staff members.

To our incoming ninth-grade families, or anyone who has ever thought about joining the PTO, we would love to have you join us.

Our first meeting will be Monday, September 8 at 7 PM at the high school. Come see what we’re all about and help us make this school year amazing!

Enjoy the long weekend, and we’ll see everyone back, ready to go, Tuesday morning!

As we reach the halfway point of summer break, we’ve been reflecting on what a truly special school year it was.

The BGHS PTO would like to take a moment to share a gratitude post.

To our incredible parents, faculty, and staff— thank you for showing up in so many ways throughout the year. Your support, time, and involvement help make our school community the vibrant, caring place it is.

We want to give a very special thank you to BG Graphics Company for their continued support of the PTO and for providing our fabulous paw prints and senior signs—your contributions helped make our campus and our community feel festive and our seniors feel celebrated.

We’re also deeply grateful to our other community partners- Campus Pollyeyes Biggby Coffee BG Ohio Thayer Family Dealerships and Kroger for everything you’ve done to support the PTO and help us give back to our faculty, staff, and students.

It truly takes a village to raise and uplift our children, and we’re so proud to be part of such a generous and dedicated community. Thank you for making this past year one to remember!

We’re putting together a sweet & savory spread to thank our amazing educators for all they do! If you’d like to help fill their hearts (and snack table!) with delicious treats, sign up below!
💕 Whether it’s “love at first bite” with something sweet or a savory snack to keep them sharp, every treat will make their day a little brighter!

The school and PTO held a contest inviting all seniors to submit a design for the 2025 Senior Yard Sign. Congratulations to our winner, Cheyenne Daman!

Cheyenne’s design has been selected as this year’s official 2025 Senior Yard Sign and will be available for purchase from February 10th through February 21st. (An additional post with the order form will be shared at that time.)

These senior signs are a great way to celebrate your senior and all their accomplishments while also showing off your school and community spirit!

As a reward for her winning design, Cheyenne will receive a free senior sign!
