MONDAY'S PRACTICE WILL BE FROM 6:45-7:20 AM. WE WILL NEED EVERYONE TO HELP WITH THE MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACK MEET FROM 2:15-5:30 PM. ATHLETES WILL BE ASSIGNED A SPOT TO HELP OR RUN OFF THE EVENT.

Meet Day at Montgomery County. Field Events will start at 2:15 pm. Running events at 4:00 pm. The bus will leave at 12:00 pm

We have a lot of physicals that are about to expire over the next few weeks. Please make plans to get a free updated physical.

Please fill out this google form if you're interested in joining the middle school or high school cross country team this fall. The cross country season runs from August-October. Incoming 7th -12th graders are encouraged to fill out the form. More information will follow in the next few weeks.

Congratulations to Jace Eskew for setting the school record in the javelin with a throw of 180'8. His throw is currently the top javelin distance in Class 3!!! Old Record was Dylan Dalton (2023).
