Today the Sea Turtle Class had some fun rolling, tossing & catching tennis balls to help build their hand-eye coordination! 🎾

Learning isn’t limited to the confines of the four walls of a classroom! The Owl Class recently took their circle time & activities to the outside learning environment 🤗

SIP, SIP, HOORAY, IT’S *SMOOTHIE DAY* in the Sea Turtle Class!! 🧋😊

We’ve been learning all about fruits & veggies, and for the past few weeks they’ve been enjoying running their own dramatic play “Garden Smoothie Stand”. Today, the children got to use the skills they’ve been practicing to make REAL smoothies!

Each kiddo selected an assortment of delicious ingredients to craft their very own specialty smoothie flavor 😋 They also got practical, hands-on life skills practice - pouring, scooping, squeezing, twisting, tightening, blending, etc. Once they got their smoothies all blended up, they all got to enjoy drinking them!

These kids showed that they’re even sweeter than the smoothies themselves!! They came up with the idea to also make smoothies for some of their teachers! What a precious display of generosity & kindness it was, as they made & personally delivered them together as a class, to each staff member 🧡
