Convocation was quite inspiring. Our guest speaker was Dr. Glenn Davis, VP for Student Engagement and Success. With special music by Roberta Michel, flute and Stephen Eckert, piano and the Wind Symphony with director Matt Dockendorf (they played incredibly on ONE rehearsal!). What a great way to start the year! After Convo was over, there were Dilly Bars from DQ (yum!), and a variety of the music student organizations had tables in the lobby.

Tomorrow's CMA Convocation is the one occasion each year when our entire CMA community—students, faculty, and staff—comes together to celebrate the beginning of a new academic year. We will welcome and introduce our new students and faculty. Afterwards, there will be a student organization fair in the lobby.
