TRIO SSS is excited to offer a unique Aerial Yoga and Sound Bath experience at The Nightingale on Monday, February 24, from 2:00–4:00 PM! This is a fantastic opportunity to relax, reset, and engage in mindful movement.

• This event is NOT first-come, first-served. Participation will be based on a selection rubric.
