We are so excited to hear from our keynote speaker, Ashlie Cox, at Developing Connections! Read below for more information about Ashlie!

A passionate advocate for holistic mental wellness, Ashlie Cox, LPCC-S, LCDC III, and Certified Hypnotherapist, is dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through evidence-based and integrative approaches to healing. A proud Bowling Green State University graduate (Class of 2017), Ashlie continued her academic journey by earning a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University in 2019.

With seven years of community mental health experience and five years in private practice, Ashlie specializes in treating adult children of Narcissist/Cluster B personalities, Inner child healing, sexual wellness, and ultimately supporting individuals to truly understand themselves—drawing from schema therapy, emotion-focused therapy, internal family systems, and humanistic approaches to guide clients toward transformative growth.

Her expertise spans individual and group work and have played pivotal roles in more immersive experiences such as, retreats and workshops. Beyond clinical work, Ashlie enjoys curriculum development, leading therapy groups, and supporting the professional and personal development of new and future therapist.
