It was a special day for our students as we released our butterflies onto the playground. They enjoyed our butterfly house in the tree, and then flew happily away. It was such a fun experience and wonderful zoology lesson.

We wrap up teacher appreciation week with our specials! Pastor Ken, Pastor Robin, Mr. Josh, and Ms. Stella thank you teaching our students chapel and music classes! You are such an important part of our students daily lives. Thank you for guiding and loving our students.

A great week at the Academy! Butterflies are hatching, plants are planted, summer is approaching quickly. Don't forget, Parent/Teacher conferences are next week!

Today we had our school community playground clean-up and planting day! We were blessed with so many donations and families that came to help. The garden looks wonderful, and we can't wait to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Thank you to the SMLA families and staff for another great event!
