Did you know Kentucky is the leading beef production state east of the Mississippi?

The SKyTeach community had an incredible evening diving into environmental science and the beef industry, connecting real-world agriculture to classroom science teaching.

Teachers explored how beef production supports the economic health of Kentucky while also examining the environmental science behind modern practices, sustainability, and innovation in agriculture.
