Unfortunately violence is on the increase in our society, and it’s important to protect ourselves, so that we can go about our normal lives safely and with confidence. Thinking that “It’s not going to happen to me” is not enough. Hopefully it won't happen to you, but what do you have inplace to ensure that it won't? As Women we spend most of the time thinking about others and what's next on our multiple to-do list then our very own safety. We sometimes go unappreciated and feel undervalued.
