It is with great sadness and grief that we at Train to Aim must announce the passing of Rick Stern our beloved founder and lead instructor. Rick went to be with the Lord this past Saturday evening due to heart complications, he was surrounded by loved ones and went peacefully. Train To Aim has always been a family business and we respectfully ask that you would allow the staff time to grieve this tremendous loss and sort out our affairs before contacting us. We know how beloved Rick was by his students and many of you will have questions but at this time we ask that you would help to leave our phone lines clear by commenting here instead and keeping us all in your prayers in the meantime. Our office will be closed this week and we will reopen on Monday, December 6th. Any updates to come will be posted here as arrangements are made.
Rick will be deeply missed as the father, husband, brother, son, uncle, friend, teacher, and business leader that he was. There will never be another man like him. Rick always believed in serving his family, his customers, and his God as he helped thousands of students to develop a unique skill set over his many years of instructing and licensing. His one-of-a-kind personality was all about putting smiles on people’s faces and making us laugh. He would have many words of encouragement for all of you as we grapple together with the difficulty of his passing, but they couldn’t be summarized better than by the two things he always told us, PUSH & RISE!
