Our goal is to share fitness, fun and fellowship by educating and encouraging diverse populations on health and lifestyle benefits of aquatic and land exercise. Triple Delight Aquatics, LLC is a multi-talented powerhouse team of three dedicated instructors with over 30 years experience combined, leading group exercise and personal training classes in water and on land. Linda, Jeannie and Erica are international presenters and continuing education credit (CEC) providers for aquatic fitness professionals / instructors through the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). We assist instructors with incorporating challenging, hydrodynamic, cardiovascular, freestyle and choreographed combinations into fun and safe aquatic workouts.
