February 25, we had the pleasure of welcoming Wells Fargo to the Bowie State University College of Business for an Early Careers Career Overview Workshop. Students learned about internship and early-career opportunities, Professional Development 101, resume tips, and what to expect when stepping into a corporate environment.

We covered:
• Early career pathways
• How to stand out in the application and interview process
• What the first 90 days in corporate really require

Students came ready with sharp questions and strong energy, engagement was high from start to finish. We are proud of how our students continue to show up and prepare for what’s next.
